The Cornell Project

The Cornell Project was the first job I took on as Alchemic Build. It was a full gut—down to the studs—with all new utilities and a new roof, all on a tight budget. There wasn’t room for mistakes, so every decision had to count. We stayed efficient, made smart calls, and focused on what actually added value. By the end, we didn’t just bring the house back—we even added a bathroom along the way. That project set the tone: it’s not about having more, it’s about doing more with what you have.
