I had been in construction for years, learning how to build, solve problems, and figure things out as I went. Most of what I saw in the industry felt transactional—get in, get out, move on. But that never sat right with me. I cared about the process just as much as the result.

The turning point came when I realized I didn’t just want to build projects—I wanted to build an experience. Something that felt collaborative, personal, and even enjoyable for the client. Like they were part of the process, not just watching it happen.

Alchemic Build was created from that idea—taking something raw, complicated, or even overwhelming, and turning it into something intentional and meaningful.
